Commercially available web reporting tools have come a long way since Vanilla was set up, so if clients come to us wanting help understanding their web logs, we tend to point them in the direction of some of the better reporting software now widely available.
Having said that, for very specialised web reporting requirements, such as analysing posted queries through web logs, we can still add significant value over commercially available software. For very large, well-trafficked web sites, our reporting tools still offer advantages in processing speed and economies in data storage over many high-end commercial web reporting tools.
We build low-level reporting tools that typically feed in to our clients' CRM systems. We don't build CRM systems ourselves. For this type of work, we have built up a network of partners we can call on to address our clients' CRM needs in the round.
